Wow...a week just over.

30/09/11 Friday.

It's Friday people!!!!

Five days of class and I can say that Final Year is not fun at all.
Its all about rushing work.
What different compare to Year 1, 2 & 3 was we need to expand our skills to outside the boundary of uni. There is two community service that require us to do the task outside the uni.

First community service consist of 35 students and its about construct an infrastructure or we simply call it Bus stop project. Oh yeah~ these 35 heads are going to construct a Bus Stop for a kampong in Papar. We need to do it from A- Z. Not we become the labor but we plan everything to set up the project. It seems easy but it need go through a lot of process.

I am under Consultant team. The team that going to responsible if the Bus Stop collapsed. :( It sounds exciting to me. I just love this kind of thingy. But I hope my leader will divide the work wisely and not him doing it all himself. I want learn the structural skills toooooooo....

After all, Final Year is not about finding excuses to be lazy. Yes! I applied it to myself and I remind myself everyday. This is the last chance for me to strike for the best in my university life. Hopefully its not too late.

Second community service consists of 9 students. This one is more hard. Because we have less man power. So one person maybe need to do 2 persons task. Its challenging. Hey~ I started like to challenge myself to the limit. This project is in collaboration with KK wetland center. Its still under progress. So I dont want to reveal to much here. hehe........

Its so exciting!!!! Today just had meeting with the group members and we roughly can see our path for this project. I love it when meeting that everyone give their own different opinions. And the best part is my two leaders are really so cooperating. I love their passion for making a project success.

To be true, I think in a meeting, we should really give commitment in the group. Not just coming and sit and listen other opinion and follow the flow. Some even just want to choose the easiest task in the group.
Just like the one that make me blood boil.


- Lets begin the complaining section -

She get the easiest task in the group including compile.

Hello? Come On? Compile man~ I expect you can do it perfectly. But it turn out.....let me list out :

1. Cover page - No Batch stated, No course stated. Wrong Title printed.
2. Table of content - just half page....usually we will make it to almost 1 page.
3. Reference - Wrong citation. Suppose like this >>> Demetria Escovedo. 2011. Hipnotizing Moon. http://www.nicole-6966.blogspot.com 
4. The slideshow no front page. 
5. Objective - to save water.... 3 words only. suppose>> to save the usage of water per day.

OMG man! This super easy thing, do I had to remind you? You are 23 years old and final year student how can you make such a silly mistake. 

When I ask you.... 

Why you salah type the title? Ans : I dont know the title, I ask Oly, Oly told me. * blame on Oly.

Why so many mistake ah? Ans : I am sleepy that time, I do this until 2am. * errrr....  we all forward to you our part around 7 or 8pm....i thought you can edit and compile within 2 to 3 hours?

One more friend. How come you take anything from the internet and no citation ah? First time do project is it? Copy paste from the internet. I copy the whole paragraph and googled it on internet, I can find the exactly paragraph and no citation made on the sentences? Oh man~ You gonna be kidding me......

Luckily....

ALL THAT WAS CORRECTED BEFORE SUBMIT TO THE LECTURER.  

And now i can really breath properly....When I edit all of the report, nonstop scold in heart.

I am honestly here to say, I hate bad quality works. Even though I now I am tidak sebaik mana pun....but at least the effort must be there.....

If the title is hard, its ok to cooperate and discuss with each other and try your best to do it. I didnt force my group members to do something they dont know how to do. But you should at least do the basic one like giving correct citation etc...its the basic thing that you should know in doing an assignment. Content is second thing....compare to the basic one..If basic pun tak betul, apa lagi the content kan?  

Finish about assignment...I am phobia in group with someone i am not familiar with. I am comfortable working with the usual friends.

These few weeks started to drink a lot of coffee. Because it make me awake and energetic.

These few weeks sleep for 5-6 hours only. Sunday please come. Sunday is the only day i can wake up as late as i can or its the natural wake up day. :) 

A presentation is over.

Next week...

there is tutorial work to be submited on monday.

谢谢大家关心。

今天，一整天都在逛街。
其实，是应该在家赶功课的，
可是，我在前一晚，已经做到绝路了。
还是得等星期一到学校，才能和他们讨论接下来要怎么做。
与其在家做家务，到不如痛痛快快去过我的一个happy Sunday~

星期二，没上课，应该可以把全部都赶完，然后准备presentation.

在一个星期内，我在零用钱中，省了二十块。
二十块哦！本来打算真的把二十块cash in 进户口，
(二十块都要放进户口?给其他人知道，一定笑我烂咖。。。哈哈。。不理那么多。。。)

但，到最后，
把那二十块花完了。
买了个小白兔，
电话又有新衣服穿了。

然后，想到了。。
我还歉父云汉一笔钱。
忘了要还她。

下星期。。一定会还她。

回家了，
家里乱到。。

Arrogant people.

I had encountered these kind of people in my life.

Whoever went to lecture yesterday, I bet few of them had same thoughts with me.

I am not going to condemned him here.

But i just want to share some thoughts of mine.

Few "arrogant" people that I met,

 mostly are old age people, and most of them already success.

They have the same characteristic.

- Went to overseas study, e.g. England etc.

- They have title Ir, Dr or Prof.

- Their son or daughter is someone important in industry. e.g. doctor, engineer etc.

So when they achieved this golden stage.

They started to give talk to other people.

This lecturer of mine keep emphasized he had a good brain than other people.

He said during his era, he is the first of his kind at that area...somewhere in England.

And because of his brain, people even willing to give him cash for futher study but he reject.

Hurm....

that maybe very motivational for other people to hear.

But if you keep talks about yr great brain....

That will be another way round which make me feels uncomfortable and want to leave the hall immediately.

But i cant.

So just had a short excape to the toilet........

arghh~~~~

我家并不大，
东西不见，应该很容易找回。

但，
东西确实是不见了。

玩电脑的时候， 就只有两个地方 ： 客厅和房间。
房间每个角落都找遍了，
客厅所有能找的地方，也找了。
都没有。

我，
绝对不会带它出家。
因为又大个，又要小心保管。
都是在家用的。

可是不见了。。

其他可能性：
有客人在我不在家时，把它顺手带走吧?
毕竟东西是在客厅。
应该也有一个月了吧?

现在，要用到都不行。

很头痛，到底在那里。

The first sandy presentation

Long time no update blog.

Been so busy.

Its just week 2 man.... I had been doing works all night.

And finally friday come, at last I can take a break today...


Today....

is the first presentation for thesis.

Supervisor said, this is the first time she do it like this and she hope can train us.

There are 11 of us out of 70 students under her.

She is different than other supervisor because........

We will be doing presentation every two weeks...

Before this, she only want students to go and find her...

but for us, she change method by asking us to do presentation....

so that we can be familiar to viva real conditions.

Today was done.

I want to look ahead and no turn back. Go! Go! Go!

Good luck to me for my next presentation on next next friday. Fighto!

刚才弄清洁家时，不小心把弟弟的Amethyst水晶链弄破了。
大发雷霆的他把我骂到狗血淋头。
我并没有向他说声对不起，因为我没错。
早就告诉他，我要弄清洁家，他要是有自知之明，就应该自立把自己的东西收好。
而不是乱放。
我赶着弄清洁家，他在那边摇脚完电子书。

现在，又不见人影了。
又出去炸歌了。

Bad Money Management

I have a bad money management.
I admit it.

I used money recklessly.
I admit it.

I filled my stomach with delicious food most of the time.
I admit it.

I buy unnecessary things without think i need it or not.
I admit it.

I used to watch movies many times in a month.
I admit it.

Since i get my study loan, I never have money problem. (*confession, yes I admit it.)


Oh!

In short, I just want to conclude it : I really have a bad money management.


Among the friends, I know i am really have a bad money management.

Lets take some examples :

1. RoFu - This accountant soon-to-be, she has a well planning in her life. I like it. She always think ahead for her future. I love listen to her stories especially the planning of her life. I admire her dao bao. Because I can never be like her to plan for my future. One year after her studies, she has been confirm to work at Petronas or E & Y. Both are international company man! This is what I refer to as well planning for future. I.....me.....haish....I not yet seen my road. Everything still blur.
2. 
   
3. KohLu - This tourism girl soon-to-be, she is also good in money management. I seldom see her waste her money buy useless stuff. From my observation, i think she only use her money in school stuff and yumcha, other than that. SAVE! you see.....why i cannot be like her.....I have lots to buy but she can not buy anything.
4. 
   
5. Tdore's Master - This business girl, I never went out with her and only went yumcha with her. But her accessories, clothes etc must be MANY dao bao and her bank must be have unlimited cash. HAHA. no money problem's girl, this also make me jealous lah.......keep travelling........ =D

7. The Dentist Kiw - This dentist soon-to-be. Also same like Tdore's Master. No money problems. I mao wah gong. *skip.

9. Jomax - This one I salute dao bao!!!!!  She can works hard. Earn her own money. And go Super Junior Concert. I admire her, she can used her own hard earn money to do things she like. I want to do part time job also but i dont think i can manage my time well. She also have good money management. Or else, how come she can go travelling by herself with her own money? Why I cant save my money like them?

11. Rc the reinforced concrete -  A guy that super duper save. I can say, he use money wisely. I hope I can be like him. Whenever we go out, its only me who keep pay this and that. He only watching by the side. He never have things to buy unless some once in awhile things like eyemo. But he had a bad habit too. He eats expensive food sometime. I dont go SushiTei ok...because i think its too expensive.

13. GreenYin - This girl. She works hard. Every weekends until no time to hang out with us. So every weekends we just have to go on with our activities without her. She had been working for 2 years or more? How many money she earn liao? Everytime when go out food hunting, we also count her out because she seldom eat la...you see......So save!!!! I want too... Can I not too obsess with food? I now trying to not obsess with food. HAHAHA!!

15. AllyC, SanG, Fifa, Wanlei - Sorry i put all of you in a section because im tired of typing already =D All of you also have a good money management lo. Because I dont see any of you girls buying unimportant things like me. You all use money very wisely. From my observation lah. All of you only went to movies once in awhile. I want be like you all......

I can say I am the worst one among the friends. 

Hopefully, I can change. 

Somebody please scold me if saw me want to waste $$. HAHA.

I had come up with a plan to solve my bad money management.

I have two supervisors to supervise me. HAHA.

Well,

Who know I will go on Europe trip like Rofu in the future.

Today wake up late again.

Its weekend and who dont like to sleep until naturally wake up.

and yes i decided to go out since i got some errands to do too...

Went to photocopy notes.

Buy my baobei Asus cover at Super Save. Really cheap man!

Went for brunch at Fook Yuen & hang out at Old Town.

Orange Frizzy? & Black Tea.

Should order hot black tea nextime.

Who know this place?

Not much people know i guess 

Because me myself dont know too..

Most Sabahan only will sit in a car and seldom walks around this area...

Oh!

unless you always walking to Gaya Street Sunday market then u might spot this thing out.

I think only the tourist who came to kk know this place because its written on the maps sometimes.

Happy Malaysia Day to every Malaysian.

Its a holiday today.

Bet everyone have a nice day ahead.

For me, I had been fixing my new download game until 2 in the morning.

The next i realized is myself waking up at 1 in the evening.

Guess it had been a tiring schooling days for me.

 The rest of the day spend up playing game.

and Ohno~

I cant even finish up level 1 in few hours.

5pm get ready for dinner at night.

Get a call from Lulu saying they want drop by my house and bring me to SUPUL!!!!!!!

I guess must be SUPUL!!! the korean restaurant....

But i cant join....so sorry gals... =(

Missed out the shopping spree with them too because wake up late.

And...........

Thank you for Holly and Holly's Uncle for giving me a pair of ticket to a charity dinner.

It feels good to be at the dinner.

I feel so near to Christianity again.

Although I know I am a Buddhist yet I still love the way Christians pray their Lord.

 Everyone in a big family.

All the sisters are so friendly.

Even we dont know them, they still will come and talks with us.

Feels so bless to be around with the Christians friends.

The food was average.

The service was slow.

BUT

We should not blame too much on the service and food.

There is this uncle same desk with us keep complaining.

Since it was a charity dinner, they need to budget on the dinner.

So of course you cant expect it to be as good as in a high class hotel man.

Think before you talk.

Sometime when you talk less, you learnt more from the talk more people.

First Week 4th Year.

Oh no~
I suddenly want change blog again.
I mean.
I want create a blog about my thoughts for my daily routine.
I know maybe some friends does not interested in knowing what my daily thoughts are.
I want to make it like online personal diary but i still want readers to read.
But...

I dont know lah~

We'll see how.

Things get busy.

Assignments are quite challenging hopefully we all can did it well.

This weekend have four task :

1. finish up intro proposal for next week presentation.
2. finish up water conservation technical information.
3. finish up ERS 2 assignments.
4. going to ask KPR and RBH for the environmental community service

Since when i so like my study....? I also dont know. 

I always feels that I have not enough time.

24 hours a day is not enough.

Everynight i finish my work, it is sleeping time.

Maybe this is the last year.

So I started to enjoy life as student as in the way of work hard and give my very best in every subjects.

I really hope can have better pointer.

But in class, while lecturer teaching....

my mind will suddenly pop out to yumcha session.

So good to yumcha.

I miss it.

But now....

I am going to take back all the holidays mood.

Today my class happens one bad incident.
Maybe for them is not bad.
But for me, I think its too guo fen.

There is one subject got 70 students take it.
and lecturer said need divide into two groups : Team A 35, Team B 35.
I was quite shock when they said, Team B got 32 already, mostly CHINESE.
so means the leftover on Team A is all BUMIPUTERA.

OMG!
Do we need to be berpuak-puak in class like this?
I know, you clever people group does not want to be in same group with us non clever people.
Its too obvious lah.
Dont know how the lecturer will react when he saw this.

My family hardly had celebration for occasion like this.

While for Roanne, she had been celebrating this mooncake festival with friends for years in UM.

This year is special.

Lulu's Pork braised rib set meal. RM10 or RM12 not sure.

 5 persons shared - BBQ pork? i forgot the name. RM20.

11am - class cancelled.

11am-3pm - one borneo.

3pm-4pm - ERS class.

4pm - send friends back hostel, fetch lulu back home.

4.30pm - reach home and install the sims 3.

now waiting for 6pm.

Headache right now.

Today just use RM2.40 buy bread as lunch.

Did not feel like want to eat any food.

Perhaps because of tonight will have korean meal.

Thats why no appetite for the food at one borneo.

Went to padini.

Mich and veron both buy the same patterns sandal with different colors.

There are 3 colors : black, red, green.

Veron takes black.

I wish i can buy it. 

But i must control my money usage from now on.

Bought 2 vincci sandals already on holidays.

it runs on i5, friends said i should wait for it to drop price.

But i cant wait anymore.

they said i should take i7.

But i cant afford it man.

i5 is the minimum spec that within my budget.

RM2147 - i5, Vram 1gb, Ram 6Gb, thats the cheapest i can get in KK 

and please dont compare it with other place price 

because i live in KK, so I mention the price based on KK market.

I had been really scare and nervous because i never took out so much cash buy things.

Before this was parents followed together so they took care of the money part, and this time is myself bringing RM2K cash walking around the mall.

What happen if the thieves randomly aim and aim me as their target? RM2K is a big amount for me leh.

The shop dont accept ct/dt card on pc payment, only on items payment and need to be above rm100 which i am not in that category so just pay cash.

I would not come back here again.

After the dinner last night,

I could not control myself and drag Rc to have another meal at Likas square here.

Hi-Seoul.

This restaurant was highly recommended by Roanne & Koh.

The price is reasonable.

The variety of choices.

The environment was nice.

The waitress was friendly, 

giving good explanation on the food.

ask Koh, 

sure she said, Hi seoul, 10/10.

Deli Korea Karamunsing.

On this night, having korean dinner with Roanne Foo & Koh Ching Lu.

Ro has a target which is to dine at all of the korean restaurant around KK.

So here I am to join them for their "k-food road tour".

We went to Deli Korea, Karamunsing capital.

First of all, one of the waitress service was kind of bad,

she never smile and use rough talking manner while taking order from us.

1. We were blur about the drinks. 

because we did not see any drinks on the menu list. So asking her about the drink.

It happen to be foc. mineral water and greentea.

But when I was about to repeat my order for drinks,

i was talking, "saya mahu 1 greentea...2..........."

she interupted and said, " ok-ok, I know it.."

Thats was not a so polite way to taking order for customer i suppose.

2. I said to the waitress, " we look at the menu first, take order later..."

this mean, we need some space for discussion to order which food we want.

you should leave us alone.

But this waitress keep waiting for us..just beside us....

that is so not comfortable. 

I thought she not understand...

So after 5 min, I tell her again,

"miss, kami tengok menu dulu, nanti kami order..."

we said it twice, 

which means that we are not comfortable with you beside us while we discussing what to order.

But she just did not get it.

really pissed us of.

fine.

3. Asking for wireless password, she told me "1-9abc"

its not connected.

I am never going to ask for the second time.

After that, jinyin came and ask again the password from a chinese waitress, 

its "1-0abc"

hello..?

That waitress have something wrong.

Luckily, there are two chinese waitresses served us and i can say their service is not bad.

Thumbs up.

But not the the previous waitress.

It really gave me bad experince dine at there.

While waiting for our food.

The boss was so nice and gave us foc dish.

We talk non stop.

He said, "you talking too much..."

kam sa ha mi da.......

Total bill = Rm40 +Rm30+RM30 =RM100

no government tax, no service tax.

For my 1st korean meal,

pricey abit but taste quite nice.

I love korean food.

and cultures as well.
